Under her alias EMLKL3R, Emilia Álvarez performs live hardware sets that blend TECHNO with Noise, Darkwave, House and Hardcore, using Electribes and mixers in a b2b format. She also incorporates vinyl into her performances.

 

Emilia has performed at festivals like MUTEK and venues such as Artlab and Niceto Club (AR) and Café OTO (UK), sharing the stage with a wide range of experimental and underground artists.

 

She also develops Technolecturas, a project for listening and movement sessions that combines field recordings, voice, and electronic production, evoking the vibe of the club in non-club environments.

 

Her work has been presented in clubs, museums, galleries, and public spaces in Argentina, Mexico, the USA, Japan, Switzerland, and the UK.
